Hao Chen, MSc, PMP, CISSP -Web Designer & Developer

Hao Chen serves as the Web Designer and Developer for Blue Ridge Healthcare Training, LLC. With a masters in computer science, management plus tech strategy credibility, a project management professional, and a certified information systems security professional with a strong background in information technology and digital design.

Hao is responsible for building, shaping, and maintaining the BRHT website. His role includes structuring web pages, formatting and designing layouts, and ensuring that all online content is presented in an accurate, professional, and user-friendly format.

While the BRHT leadership team provides the vision and direction for our site, Hao brings that vision to life through careful design choices and ongoing technical maintenance. From page formatting to layout consistency, his work ensures that the BRHT online presence remains reliable, professional, accessible, and aligned with the organization’s mission. Hao Chen plays an essential role in supporting the growth of BRHT by keeping and maintaining the digital foundation strong and adaptable for future endeavors.

With a strong background in career development and professional writing, Hana specializes in crafting personalized, impactful reference letters for students who successfully complete BRHT's Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) Professional Development Program. Passionate about advancing student success through thoughtful, strategic career support, Hana continuously seeks to innovate and tailor BRHT's services to meet the evolving needs of both students and healthcare employers.

BRHT offers a Career Services Division that provides graduates of the Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) Program with a reference letter upon request.

To receive a reference letter, email BRHTraining@proton.me after completing the full program. Hana Nakamura will develop and send to the student, after careful review by Dr. Newport, via email.
